PURPOSE: To provide a portable radio telephone system with key, which has no function as a portable radio telephone system when it is stolen. CONSTITUTION: A key 2 stores a specified code given to the portable radio telephone system 1 as a key code and transmits a key radio wave 4 transporting the key code. The portable radio telephone system 1 is provided with a device code storage part 10 storing the specified code as a device code, a key code reception part 11 receiving the key radio wave 4 and outputting the key code transported by the key radio wave 4 as a reception code, a code judgement part 12 judging whether the received code is matched with the device code or not and outputting a matching signal when they are matched and a communication control part 13 enabling radio communication with the other portable radio telephone system by the portable radio telephone system 1 only when the code judgement part 12 outputs the matching signal. |
