PURPOSE: To attain a characteristic evaluation test for a sound encoding system by recording an objective evaluation test sound and a transmission error rate. CONSTITUTION: An analog sound signal S10 is inputted from a sound reproducer 10 to a sound encoder 20 and converted into a digital signal S20. A data generation circuit 30 generates M-sequence data S30. A chage-over switch 50 is switched to the D side to input the data S20 to a transmission circuit 60 or to the T side to input the data S30. A signal through the circuit 60 is transmitted from an antenna 70. The signal received by an antenna 80 is demodulated to digital data by a receiving circuit 90, and when the data S20 are outputted from the transmitting side, a changeover switch 100 is switched to the D side to input the signal to a sound decoder 110. When the data S30 are outputted from the transmitting side, the switch 100 is switched to the T side and the signal is inputted to a data transmission error detecting circuit 120. The sound decoder 110 outputs an analog sond signal S110. |
