PURPOSE: To make it possible to perform out-of-step detection and periodicity detection by mutually transmitting primary judging data between self-end and opponent-end voltage and reference data, calculating voltage phase difference between the self-end and opponent-end, and judging whether the phase difference passes 180 deg. from leading side or lag side. CONSTITUTION: At a self-end electric station, the self-end voltage is taken in from voltage lead-in means 2A, converted to a digital quantity by analog/digital converting means 3A, primarily judged with reference data by data processing means 4A, and is transmitted as results to the opponent end by transmission means 5A. Also at the opponent end, the opponent end voltage is taken in by a voltage lead-in means 2B, converted into a digital quantity by an analog/ digital converting means 3B, judged primarily with reference data by data processing means 4B, and the results are transmitted to the opponent end by transmission means 5. In the data processing means 4A, the voltage phase difference between its own end and the opponent end can be calculated from the results of the primary judgment from the self-end and the results of the primary judgment transmitted from the opponent end. |
