PURPOSE: To provide a communication type information presentation system capable of semipermanentally adding and storing new service presenting information in an information storing means in an information presenting device. CONSTITUTION: A central control device 31 inquires whether a music program to be distributed exists or not of an information center 3 through a 1st communication control device 27a. Then, the device 31 checks whether the idle capacity of a hard disk 33 is more than a prescribed quantity or not, and when the capacity is less than the prescribed quantity, deletes KARAOKE (orchestration without lyrics) program information in which a use inhibition flag due to no charge is set up for a prescribed period while referring to a charging state item in a charge/use experience table stored in the same hard disk 33, receives a music program to be distributed and stores the program in the hard disk 33.
