PURPOSE: To alternately record data in a land and a groove by the simple changeover operation of polarity without performing track jumping operation. CONSTITUTION: In this disk-like optical information recording/reproducing medium, plural tracks are formed in a herical form, the plural tracks are divided in the circumferential direction of the disk by a mirror part 4 having a prescribed length in the circumferential direction without forming a pit, a groove and a land are alternately arranged and grooves 3a-3c and lands 2a, 2b are continuously formed through the mirror part 4. By detecting the mirror part 4, the polarity changeover of a tracking error signal between the groove and the land is performed. |
