PURPOSE: To prevent the product configurational bending deformation of a die pad, and improve depress working precision, by working a die pad while restraining the die pad and suppressing deformation. CONSTITUTION: A guide hole 2 which regulates the movement in the deformation direction of a die pad 1 in the case of depress working is formed in the die pad 1 of a lead frame for a transistor. A guide pin 5 is formed in the punch of a press die. In the case of depress working, the pin 5 is inserted in the guide hole 2 and restrains the die pad 1. Thereby, the die pad is prevented from being deformed. |
