PURPOSE: To provide the terminal equipment of traveling object communication and its control method, by which the base station of a connection destination can automatically be switched in accordance with the traveling speed of the terminal equipment of traveling object communication. CONSTITUTION: The terminal equipment of traveling object communication, which observes a point where received signal strength intensity(RSSI) from a reception demodulation part 12 becomes less than a center value which is set by a center value setting part 13 or a point where it becomes more than it by a level comparison part 14, which counts the number of times by a period measuring part 15, which judges a fading pitch by a judgement part 16 from the counted value and which switches connection to the base station for macro cell/micro cell by the judged result, and its control method are provided. |
