At the exo-tracheal end of the inner cannula (2) is provided an adapter component (4) for fixture of the inner cannula and the outer cannula (1) and the holding component (3) of the outer cannula and the adapter component (4) of the inner cannula are connected to one another. The connection of the adapter component and the holding component is by means of securing components (5). The outer cannula and the inner cannula at their exo-tracheal ends have a widened formation and the widening of the endo-tracheal ends of the outer cannula and inner cannula is funnel-shaped. The angle of the widenings of the outer and inner cannulas amounts to 20 deg. For fixture of the adapter component on the inner cannula a securing ring is provided.
