A multi-purpose activity and exercise system having a multi-function chair and a multi-function tray is configurable to function in a chair application, a walker application, or a rocker application. Various embodiments of activity modules are connectable with the multi-function tray. Various embodiments of exercise modules are connectable with the multi-function tray, and other embodiments of exercise modules are connectable with the multi-function chair. The multi-purpose activity and exercise system is adjustable for use by different size persons, and is adjustable for use by persons having different physical abilities.
