Telephone misuse prevention method for digital PBX

The misuse prevention involves use of an identification transmitted from the subscriber appts of the calling subscriber (KE) to the exchange, for verification by comparison with a stored subscriber identification list, before the connection can be made. The misuse prevention may be brought into operation only when a connection to a high tariff zone is required, e.g. when an international call connection is requested.
