Three part, screw-assembled non-return valve used in plastic injection moulding

This three-part non return valve is used in plastic injection moulding to prevent reverse flow of molten plastic granules into the screw/piston cylinder. The first part (1.0) of the novel unit is a flattened conical tip with central bore (1.1) and melt channel (1.4). The second part (2.0) is a floating blocking ring (2.0) with conical bore (2.2) and a valve seat surface (2.1). The unit is assembled by screwing its threads together.
