To provide a diesel engine prechamber sleeve excellent in the resistances to high-temperature oxidation and thermal shock. A diesel engine prechamber sleeve made of a heat-resistant iron-base alloy having a chemical composition comprising on the weight basis: Cr; 28 33 %; Ni: 26 32 %, Co: 2 10 %; Nb: 0.1 1 %, Mn: 0.1 1.5%, Si: 0.1 1.5 %,C: 0.02 0.5%, and N: 0.05 0.5%, and containing, if necessary, 1 - 5% of tungsten and the balance consisting of iron and unavoidable impurities.
