FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has piezoelectric sound guide 1, on which surface first and second embedded comb electrodes 2 and 3 are located. They are shaped by rod electrodes 4 and 5 and first and second first and second adding lines 6 and 7. Four additional comb electrodes 8, 9, 10 and 11 are arranged in pairs and are shaped as mirror reflection of comb electrodes 2 and 3 with respect to axes AA' and BB' which are parallel to direction of motion of surface-active waves and which are spaced by equal distance from structure center O. Scale is decreased in direction which is parallel to axes by 1.5-4 times. Adding lines, which is adjacent to additional comb electrodes 9 and 10 are coincided with adding lines 6 and 7 and are connected to output device terminals 12 and 13. Additional comb electrodes 8 and 11 are connected to one another by galvanic bond. Embedded comb electrodes 2 and 3 shape main partial opposing-rod converter 14, additional comb electrodes 8, 9 and 10, 11 shape additional partial opposing-rod converters 15 and 16 respectively. Length of rod electrodes and distance between them is λ/4. If double (split) electrodes are used than minimal structure size is l/8. Partial opposing-rod converters may be sole treated. Increased frequency range is accomplished by capacitance division which is provided by partial opposing-rod converters while width of rod electrodes is constant. Increased selectivity is accomplished by combination of sole treatment and cross weighting. EFFECT: increased frequency range, increased selectivity of device with cross weighting of surface-acoustic wave profile. 1 dwg |
