The compound material is moulded into a receptacle shape. Also claimed is a mfg. process where at least one paper surface is wetted to make it malleable. The material is grooved or channelled along subsequent folding lines, and the material is given a three-dimensional receptacle shape with a hollow interior. The butting surfaces are glued together to give the finished container.
