FIELD: chemical technology, polymers. SUBSTANCE: process of butadiene-1,3 polymerization is carried out for two stages. At the first stage n-butyllithium (12-30 moles per 1 t monomer) and modifying addition taken from the group: diethylene glycol dimethyl ether, diethylene glycol divinyl ether, tetramethylethylenediamine, permethylated polyethylenepolyamines, dipiperidine ethane (0.1-5.0 as mole ratio to n-butyllithium) were added to the charge at initial monomer concentration 10-20 wt.-% and process is carried out at 20-45 C up to monomer conversion 95%, not less; at the second stage divinylbenzene is added (0.1-0.5 as mole ratio to n-butyllithium) and kept for 16-80 min followed by additional addition of butadiene-1,3 as charge at the same initial monomer concentration (0.8-1.2 as mass ratio to initial butadiene-1,3 content) and process is carried out at 45-80 C up to conversion 95%, not less. Product exhibits the preferential content of vinyl links and can be used for synthetic rubber production. EFFECT: improved property complex of 1,2-polybutadiene. |
