FIELD: light industry, in particular, production of built-in, kitchen, holsters, office and other furniture. SUBSTANCE: method involves making a portion of face surfaces from wood worked by deep impregnation method to form face layer with surface finish of valuable wood. To do that, greenwood or wood treated so that at least 60% of natural moisture content is obtained is used. Method further involves cutting wood into blocks with following delivering of blocks into collector with centering member; gripping block and positioning on retainer with rigid conical head and pneumatic member made from resilient material, whose rigidity is variable across section of pneumatic member; fixing block on retainer by creating pressure of 4-5 atm so that hermetically sealed cavity is defined between block end and pneumatic member; preliminarily preparing dye in two stages: at the first stage concentrate is obtained by adding dye into water heated to at least 90 C in an amount of 2.5-5.0 g/l of water, at the second stage concentrate is pumped into working container with water temperature of 60-70 C and mixed to obtain ready dye; supplying ready dye under pressure into hermetically sealed container while providing filtration of dye along block length and simultaneously forcing wood juice through opposite end of block till appearance of dye over the whole cross section area; performing dyeing from opposite ends by turning block for 180 deg, with block being preliminarily released by relieving air from pneumatic member. According to other variant, retainer with second conical head engageable with second end of block may be used. Method further involves sawing block into furniture parts upon deep dye impregnation process; working parts; moving parts to predetermined position and assembling and connecting all parts, walls and panels together.
