摘要 FIELD: power converters. SUBSTANCE: device has transistor, reverse diode, non-linear delay choke, non-linear switching transformer, commutation diode and circuit which either dissipates or recuperates power which is accumulated in residual inductance coils of non-linear delay choke and non-linear switching transformer. Collector-emitter circuit of transistor, non-linear delay choke and primary winding of non-linear switching transformer are connected in series. secondary winding of non-linear switching transformer and switch diode are connected in series and are connected to reverse diode so that direction of current run through transistor and primary winding corresponds to direct direction of current run through switching diode and secondary winding. When transistor renders conducting, voltage between collector and emitter is rapidly decreased down to almost zero level. Speed of current increment through transistor is limited by inductance of unsaturated non-linear delay choke. magnetization current of non-linear delay choke is transformed into secondary winding of non-linear switching transformer. Reverse diode is rendered on-conducting by opposing current of secondary winding which runs through switching diode. When reverse diode is rendered non-conducting, current of linear choke of converter saturates non-linear switching choke and non- linear switching transformer and is closed through transistor. So, until reverse diode is not rendered non-conducting, transistor transmits only magnetization current of non-saturated non-linear delay choke, which is saturated only after switching reverse diode off. This excludes possibility of running short-circuit current through transistor which it is switched on. Device may be used in stepping-down, stepping-up and reverse transformers. EFFECT: optimal trajectory of transistor switching, increased efficiency and increased reliability of converter due to excluded possibility of short circuits through transistor and reverse diode which is still conducting.
