FIELD: building machines. SUBSTANCE: dipper stick is multi-purpose and equipped in addition with own hydraulic cylinder, such operating tools as ripper, cleaning and levelling shields installed on. Besides, a unit for semi-automatic installation of removable operating tools such as hydraulic hammer, hydraulic drilling rig, hydraulic skimmer etc. to its middle portion is secured to the additional digger stick. Additional digger stick is placed between the main digger stick and jib to ensure loosening in essence any soil by any operating tool and any removable equipment without replacing the main operating member - the shovel, as it provided for shovels manufactured in series. Multipurpose additional digger stick is very important in shipping the replaceable operating equipment to other sites. The stick is able to lay down the replaceable operating equipment to a special container, unload the container and load it onto truck for shipping without use of handling equipment. EFFECT: the shovel equipped with this digger stick ensures about 100 % availability of foundation pits and trenches without use of handiwork; all the operations to replace removable operating members, load those are performed in essence by single operator staying in operator's cab and for rather short time. |
