FIELD: mechanical engineering; transmissions of tractors and other vehicles. SUBSTANCE: power transmission has input shaft and power take off shaft placed inside drive shaft, both shafts being independently driven by tractor engine. Gears are mounted on outer input shaft. Inner shaft is coupled with input shaft of power take off reduction gear through controlled clutch. First countershaft with synchronizer-controller gear cluster is placed below input shafts in parallel with the latter. Drive shaft of front driving axle of tractor is placed inside first countershaft. This drive shaft connects output shaft with front driving axle. Second countershaft is arranged longitudinally relative to tractor. Synchronizer-controlled gear cluster is mounted on second countershaft. These gears are mechanically coupled with first countershaft, with cluster-gear arranged coaxially with input shaft and mechanically coupled with first countershaft and output shaft. Output shaft is arranged coaxially with first countershaft. Synchronous drive power takeoff shaft gear, and easy engagement toothed sleeve connecting output shaft with cluster-gear or with first countershaft are mounted on output shaft. Transmission brake is mounted on this shaft between final drive support bearings. In proposed power transmission first countershaft is mechanically coupled with cluster-gear and second countershaft through one gear. Second countershaft, in its turn, is coupled with cluster-gear and output shaft, and drive shaft of first driving axle is placed inside first countershaft. EFFECT: reduced vertical dimensions of transmission. |
