The neil enamel which has stability for human body and prevents the side effect is composed of pigment, plasticizer, sedimentation resisting agent and trace elements for general composition and matrix compounds. The matrix materials comprise 20-30 wt% ethanol soluble polyvinyl butyral resin and 70-80 wt% ethanol. The enamel has good gloss and adhesion properties and is easily removed with solvent such as ethanol.
