The device is designed to prevent loosing of a branch pile loop and provide tight knit pile sheet by distributing pile yarn uniformly in organizing a pile loop. The device includes : a cylinder cam (10) having a cutting needle (20) inserted to guide paths (1, 2, 3, 4); elevator cams (5, 6, 7, 8); a cutting cam (11); and an auxiliary disc (19a).
