METHOD OF REMOVING ORGANIC SOLVENT-SOLUBLE POLYMER COMPONENT

FIELD: plastics industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to removing polymer component from nonwoven backing obtained with use of synthetic fibers of the "matrix-fibrils" type. The backing is treated with vapor and phlegm of boiling solvent with its periodically subjecting to compressing force. This is achieved by passing the backing lying on a supporting conveyer through pressing out rolls placed between surfaces of the boiling polymer solution and solution vapor condenser resulting in fullness of washing off extracted component. EFFECT: reduced process time and organic solvent consumption with simultaneously improving properties of produced material.
