PURPOSE:To improve water-proof performance by inserting the tip part of a water-proof seal material injection jig into the inside of a wire harness, and pushing out a water-proof seal material from extrusion holes provided on a peripheral wall of the tip part to be filled among wires. CONSTITUTION:A water-proof seal material injection jig 5 has the degree of the size in which the tip part 6 of the jig 5 can be easily inserted among the electric wires of a wire harness, and plural extrusion holes 7 are formed on the peripheral wall of the part 6. The number and size of the holes 7 are suitably selected by the thickness of the wire harness. The jig 5 fills a water-proof seal material 2 among electric wires with the part 6 inserted among electric wires of the wire harness 1 and with the material 2 extruded from the holes 7. |
