<p>The adsorbent (2) is led through a reactor (1) of a flue gas scrubbing syste m and a partition (4) separates off a layer (5) on the incident side. Only the adsorbent of that layer reaches a desorption device (8) whose desorption gas is fed into a heavy metal separator (10). Immediately after the desorption treatment, the adsorbent of the layer (5) is combined with the remaining adsorbent and burned. The desorption gas is also burned following the separation of the heavy metals.</p> |
