FIELD: gasoline production. SUBSTANCE: alkylation gasoline is produced via sulfuric acid-assisted alkylation of isoparaffins with olefins, preferably isobutane with butylene. Process is carried out in a tube reactor by way of mixing sulfuric acid with isobutane preliminarily cooled to a temperature not higher than -2 C followed by mixing thus obtained emulsion with olefins in several-step process with cooling to a temperature not higher than -2 C. Process is distinguished with that isobutane is mixed with sulfuric acid in an injection mixer with injection coefficient 3.3-5.2, and subsequent emulsion-olefin contact is performed at isobutane to olefins volume ratio (3000-5000): 1, whereas reaction products are separated from sulfuric acid on hydrocyclone. As a result, octane number of gasoline produced is 1.5-2.1 points higher and content of ethers is 5 times lower. EFFECT: improved anti-knock quality of gasoline and reduced usage of sulfuric acid. |
