摘要 FIELD: power engineering; gravitational and inertia engines. SUBSTANCE: flywheel 2 is kinematically connected with engine output shaft 3 by means of at least two transfer mechanisms 5. On one side each transfer mechanism is connected with output shaft 3 through connecting member 6 and on other it is connected with additional connecting member 7 whose axis 8 of rotation is parallel with axis of output shaft 3 and is located at displacement "S" relative to it. Each transfer mechanism 5 is evenly located over circumference and is made in form of two chain drives. First sprockets 9 of chain are connected with flywheel 2 over its perimeter by means of cranks 10 for plane-parallel motion of flywheel; second sprockets are arranged on connecting member 6 over circumference at radius "R" and are connected with additional connecting member 7 by means of additional cranks at displacement "s" equal to displacement of axis of rotation of additional connecting member 7 relative to axis of rotation of output shaft 3. First sprockets 9 of each chain drive are fitted on ends of double-arm levers 13 having equal arms and articulated with connecting member 6.
