The transmission gear is designed to enhance shift feeling of an automobile driver through flexible synchronous action. The transmission gear includes : a hub (2) and a sleeve (7) coupled with a spline of a main shaft (1); a key (9) mounted to the sleeve (7) with a spring (8); synchronizer rings (16, 17); and synchronizer cones (12, 13) installed to the outside of a boss section (10, 11) of speed gears (3, 4) having coil springs (14, 15).
