FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: claimed invention describes 1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-(3H)-one derivatives of general formula (I):wherein Ris either hydrogen atom, or linear or branched (C) alkyl group n substituted by hydroxy group, phenoxy group, (C) alkoxy group, (C) alkylthio group, mercapto group, (C) alkoxy-(C) alkoxy group, di-((C)) alkylamino group or N- ((C) alkyl-N-propynylamino group, or is ((C)) alkynyl group, and Ris either linear or branched (C) alkyl group substituted by one or more halogen and/or hydroxy group, 1-imidazolyl group or 3-tetrahydropyranyl group, or is thi-fluoro ((C)) alkenyl group, in the form of pure enantiomers or mixture of enantiomers including recemit mixtures and also salts thereof formed from addition of pharmaceutically acceptable acids. Said compounds are used for therapeutical purposes. EFFECT: improved properties of the title compounds. |
