FIELD: agricultural engineering. The pipeline is provided with water inlet and outlet piping unions, lock valves for adjustment of pressure in the system, a union for attachment of a pressure hose, a Pitot impact tube, and a mobile device that has the aforesaid pressure hose and a vertical tube. Two mutually mating drums are mounted on the vertical tube. The upper funnel-shaped drum has two parts rigidly joined together. The upper part of the funnel-shaped drum is a cylinder, and the conical lower part is slipped over a tubular bushing in its narrow bottom center. The upper drum has a flat ring at the top, and its cylindrical part has a rectangular port with a slide gate with a sector 50-90 deg from the drum axis. A U- shaped bow mounted for detachment on the upper drum ring has a central vertical bushing with another tube mounted for vertical sliding in the bushing. The tube is provided with a coupling for attachment of the sprinkler or nozzle to be tested turned through an angle of 180 deg from their normal position.
