FIELD: mounting vertical structures, mainly mobile wind-driven electric plants; fast mounting of various structures. SUBSTANCE: sections and base of structure are transported to place of installation; sections are hoisted by cargo-hoisting facilities and are connected in succession. Hollow base of structure is disconnected from transport platform and inner bearing contour is formed on ground to support base and to form opening under base whose dimensions exceed dimensions of transport platform; then transport platform is removed and outer contour is formed. Inner contour is used to take loads from mass of structure and outer contour is used to take up lateral loads, mainly wind loads. In mounting, constant axial compressive load is created which is maintained at constant level. Sectional module for mounting vertical structures has upper and lower bases, skeleton connecting them and inter-module attachment units. Module is provided with guides secured on its skeleton for engagement with cargo-hoisting facility. Module skeleton in made in form of box-shaped load-bearing structure; inter-module attachment units are arranged in pairs, diagonally opposite. Skeleton may be made in form of truss structure, in form of section of pipe 9 and in form of box-shaped structure 9. Skeleton is provided with units for securing flexible couplings on it. Inter-module attachment units are made in form of at least two grips and respective holes to receive these grips or in form of at least two pins and mating holes. EFFECT: assembly without construction jobs in erecting foundation, low cost of mounting, reduced number of personnel required for mounting, extended range. 14 cl, 10 dwg |
