The device is designed to enhance shift feeling and prevent noise generation in an automobile. The device includes : the fifth speed or back sync unit (4) installed to the back side end of an input shaft (1); a back gear (11) at the back of an output shaft (5); and an idler gear located between the back gear (10) of the input shaft (1) and the back gear (11) of the output shaft (5).
