FIELD: fuel production. SUBSTANCE: low-efficiency solid fuels are subjected to pyrolysis at 450-600 C until 30-80% of their carbon portion is converted maintaining intensive heat release up to 250-666 kcal/kg depending on pyrolysis degree. Remaining part is gasified with oxygen or steam-oxygen, or burned without formation of tar or liquid side products resulting in high overall heat balance. The process proceeds with internal control of impurities and yields high-quality fuel gases in amount allowing their use with power production system along with common gases. EFFECT: increased fuel resources. |
