FIELD: training equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has four slides secured to outer tube of telescopic column. First slide is connected with rotation lever, second slide has stop for changing initial position of rotation lever, third slide is adapted to hold pulley and fourth slide has movable tension member. Two pulling cable receiving pulleys are fixed on upper part of inner tube of telescopic column. One end of pulling cable is connected with handle and other end runs about two pulleys and movable pulley, which may be connected to different portions of rotation lever fixed at base of proximate fixed pulley. Flexible members may be fixed in openings of rotation lever and movable tension member at different angles, with number of openings exceeding that of flexible members. Pulling cable is connected with rotation lever through movable pulley to increase handle motion amplitude, with angle of rotation of lever being the same. Pulling cable is composed of two cable lengths, which may be connected or disconnected depending on character of exercises effectuated by User. EFFECT: increased efficiency in working out muscle force, wider operational capabilities by increased number of resistance modes and enhanced reliability in operation. |
