FIELD: machine part restoring processes. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of pressing metal strip to surface of rotating part to be restored with predetermined effort of roller; guiding to wedge-shaped gap between surfaces f of part and metal strip two melting electrode wires inclined one relative to another at presence of electric arcs between said electrode wires and also between each electrode wire and part surface; placing electric arc torch across said strip. Due to plastic deformation of strip, of sublayer formed by melt metal of welding bathes and of part surface reliable joint is provided. EFFECT: enhanced quality of restored surfaces. 1 dwg |
