PURPOSE:To obtain a battery of large capacty having a high quick charge characteristic by providing a specific insoluble and infusible base body, a positive electrode of a specific complex powder molded body containing a specific active material or the like, a negative electrode carrying lithium and a specific electrolyte or the like. CONSTITUTION:An insoluble and infusible substrate of a polyacetone group organic semiconductor having hydrogen atom number/carbon atom number 0.05 to 0.5 and a specific surface area by BET method 600m<2>/g or more, an active material of a complex with vanadium pentoxide having an average grain diameter not exceeding 1mum and a conductive material are crash-mixed to form a complex powder molded body having the volume of pores each 1mum in diameter 70% or more of the whole pore volume for being made a positive electrode. When a battery is formed of this positive electrode, a similar negative electrode containing thermocuring resin and carrying lithium 3% or more in the atom 100% and an electrolyte containing a non-proton organic solvent solution of lithium salt, an organic electrolyte battery of big capacity while hightening a rapid charging characteristic, allowing charge and discharge for a long term and easy to be manufactured can be obtained. |
