PURPOSE:To perform cage assignment with an uneasiness feeling and an impatience feeling given as small as possible to passengers by asigning a cage of large number of passengers as large as possible relating to a riding spot call to reduce a number of passengers in a cage, placed in a stop waiting condition in a halfway story, relating to the riding spot call. CONSTITUTION:A cage of high possibility with a passenger of upper and lower cages is assigned by the first cage asigning means relating to a riding spot call of an elevator cage 1. Even when a passenger is present in the one cage of the upper and lower cages 2, 3, the cage of high possibility without a passenger is stopped in a riding spot corresponding to the riding spot call, by the second cage asigning means, so that when the passenger in the cage gets off, the cage of high possibility without a passenger is asigned. Further by the third cage asigning means, when the possibility with passengers is almost equal of the upper and lower cages 2, 3, the cage with a larger number of passengers is asigned to the concerned riding spot. |
