Steam, thus formed, rises pressure in engine cylinder, and additional work at working medium expansion stroke is done which provides considerable increase in engine efficiency. Water is injected by nozzle at compression stroke. Nozzle is connected by pipelines with high pressure water pump. Provision is made for delivery of water into intake system of high-speed engines by electromagnetic valve and delivery of water into Venturi of carburetor through adapter installed in carburetor or between carburetor and air cleaner. System to control amount and mode of water delivery depending on thermal condition of engine and load is developed and described for each particular case. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. |
