FIELD: metallurgy, production of special-purpose rolled products using method of thermomechanical treatment in particular. SUBSTANCE: aim is to produce low-pearlite steel with high-strength, ductility and cold-resistance properties and with high index of low-temperature ductility of steel in zone of thermal influence after welding. Method of sheet rolled products production provides for blanks production of steel of definite chemical composition, austenitizing, preliminary and final deformations with total degree of 50 - 80 %, rolled products cooling under temperature of 760 - 900 C at speed of 10 - 60 C to temperature 300 + 20 C, repeated heating up to temperature of 590 - 740 C with holding of 0.2 - 3.0 min/mm and final cooling in the air to temperature of environment.
