摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To suppress a number of times of exchanging tools to a minimum limit and to promptly determine the order for machining of a workpiece, timing of tool exchange and an exchange pot so as to efficiently perform machining by machining first the workpiece in which a frequency of use relating to the various workpieces in all the tools in use is generated in a large sum. CONSTITUTION:A tool in use for given workpieces Wa to Wh is searched from a tool master data in the drawing, and 1 is added to a use frequency register in each use tool. A total sum of the above-mentioned frequency of all the tools in use in each workpiece Wa to Wh is calculated from a value of the use frequency register, pointed and recorded in a workpiece level register. To perform machining from the workpiece of larger point value of the workpiece level register, setting of the tool to an exclusive use tool magazine is considered to check whether the tool for use is inserted or not into a pot of use tool region from the tool master data, and in the case of the tool not inserted, a pot, where the tool of 0 value of the use frequency register is inserted, is searched to replace this tool with the tool for use. A process in the above is repeated for the tool used for the workpiece.</p>
