The mudguard designed to guide water and mud splashing from car wheels inward to prevent splashing adjacent cars with mud. The mudgaurd includes : a flat fixing section (10) installed to a wheel housing; a body section (20) for blocking water and mud; a number of concave groove (22) for guiding water and mud inward; a drain path (23) for precipitating water and mud; and a water blocking rib (24) for preventing water and mud from splashing outward.
