PURPOSE: To provide a planetary gear device capable of dividing load to a planetary gear, low in cost, and excellent in silence. CONSTITUTION: A planetary gear device having a cylindrical housing element 7 incorporating a planetary speed changing stage U comprising a sun gear 2, internal gear 3 surrounding the sun gear 2, and a planetary carrier body 6 in which the sun gear 2 and a planetary gear 5 engaging with the internal gear 3 are rotably and integraly supported to a carrier 4, characterised in that the internal gear 3 is comprised of a punched and piled body which is formed by ring shaped press-punched plates 9 whose internal gear teeth portion are press-punched, wherein each press-punched plate 9 has an engaging projection 10A having projected portion T1 projected on one side, and an engaging concave 10B having concaved portion T2 provided on the other side so as to be inserted the projected portion T1. Moreover, an engaging portion 10 for phase accomodation is formed so as to accomodate the phase of an internal gear teeth portion 3A so that press-punched plates 9 mutually neighboring by their piling slidably forms the engaging portion 10 for phase accomodation in which the internal gear teeth portion 3A is accomodated in its phase, while a clearance is provided between the outer surface of press-punched plates 9 and the inner surface of the housing element, disposing a vibration proof material.
