PURPOSE: To provide a simple lavatory seat cover which does not allow tacky adhesives to remain on a lavatory seat side when this cover is removed from the lavatory seat after use. CONSTITUTION: The lavatory seat contact surface of a foamed sheet 3 of a thermoplastic resin having 0.005 to 0.5mm in the size of the diameter in breadth direction of cells in the lavatory seat contact surface and 5 to 200μm in surface smoothness Rmax is provided with a tacky adhesive layer 4 having peeling strength of 5 to 400g/25mm width. As a result, the simple lavatory seat cover which does not allow the traces of the adhesive to remain after use is obtd.
