PURPOSE: To obtain a filling tape having high confidence in waterproof property and having slipperiness, etc., in using as a filling part of a fabric such as high- density waterproof cloth, comprising a polyurethane skin layer modified with silicone and adhered with a hot melt-type adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION: (A) A skin layer (preferably having 25-60μm thickness) composed of a silicone modified polyurethane (preferably having >=190 deg.C flow beginning temperature) copolymerized with a dimethylpolysiloxane glycol in a molar ratio of 0.02-0.2 based on the whole glycol is laminated to (B) a hot melt-type adhesive layer (preferably having >=150g/cm adhesion strength after a washing test and 50-100μm thickness). The resultant filling tape has about 60-200% elongation, thin and excellent slipperiness.
