PRODUCTION OF BOARD MATERIAL MADE OF WASTE PAPER MATERIAL

PURPOSE: To provide a method for producing a board material made of a waste paper material stably for a long period of time while maintaining durability of a production device. CONSTITUTION: A waste paper material 3 coated with a thermoplastic synthetic resin on the surface is ground into an average size of 3-20mm by a grinder 5. The ground waste paper material 3 is mixed with a thermoplastic synthetic resin material in a fixed ratio. The waste paper material ground by a kneader device 7 is approximately uniformly stirred and blended with the thermoplastic synthetic resin to form a blend. The ground waste paper material 3 is compressed by an extruder device 11 while melting the thermoplastic synthetic resin in the blend to form a molten mixture 13. The molten mixture is fed to at least a pair of calendering rolls rotating in the opposite directions with a very fine matual gap and the thermoplastic synthetic resin is cooled and solidified while rolling the mixture into fixed thickness to form the objective board material of an approximately flat shape.
