PURPOSE: To make garbage, etc., even safely by a process in which a hand is not put into a crushing part during crushing, garbage, etc., are prevented from scattering during crushing, and garbage, etc., are not touched by hands. CONSTITUTION: This apparatus for disposing of garbage, etc., is composed of a hopper 6 connected with an inlet part 3 for feeding garbage, etc., a crushing part for crushing garbage, etc., supplied into the hopper 6, and a driving means 10 for driving the crushing part. A lid body 4 to be set in the inlet part 3 is provided, and a temporary stop judgment means 27 is installed which stops the driving means 10 temporarily by a detection signal from a lid body detection element when the lid body 4 is not set in the inlet part 3. A control means 12 which stops the driving means 10 by a signal from the judgment means 27 is installed. |
