PURPOSE: To appropriately realize an open state and closed state of the opening for discharging by providing a ball valve forcibly returning means which forcibly returns a ball valve being lifted from the opening for discharging in the valve chamber, toward the opening for discharging. CONSTITUTION: While a content enters a pump cylinder 40 through an opening 41 for discharging, a first ball valve B1 is lifted from the opening 41 for discharging by the content, and ascends. Then, a spring piece 94 facing diagonally downward is pushed up, and in addition, a state wherein the ascent of the first ball valve B1 is restricted is maintained by a restricting piece 93. Under a state wherein first and second stems 60, 70 completely have ascended, the pump cylidner 40 is filled with the content. Then, the ball valve B1 which has been in contact with the restricting piece 93 starts dropping toward the opening 41 for discharging. In this case, the first ball valve B1 is elastically and forcibly repulsed toward the opening 41 for discharging by the elastic force of the spring piece 94. |
