PURPOSE: To prepare a tacky sheet having excellent durability of ultraviolet ray absorptivity, adhesion to a coated film and resistance to pollution by laminating a coating film of a soft acrylic resin-based coating material containing ultraviolet ray absorber and a coating film of a solvent-soluble fluorine resin- based coating material in turn on the face of a soft synthetic resin sheet. CONSTITUTION: (A) A primary coating film composed of a soft acrylic resin- based coating material containing an ultraviolet ray absorber (e.g. various organic-based compounds such as benzophenone-based compounds or a benzotriazole) is formed on the face of a base material of a soft synthetic resin and (B) a secondary coating film composed of a solvent-soluble fluororesin- based coating material (e.g. an organic solvent-soluble type and normal temperature-curable fluororesin-based coating material containing a fluorinated olefin-vinyl ether copolymer, etc., as a binder) is formed on the film of the primary coating film, and (C) a tacky agent layer is laminated on another face of the base material. Preferably, thickness of the primary coating film is 5-20μm and thickness of the secondary coating film is 3-10μm.
