BIODEGRADABLE CONJUGATE MONOFILAMENT AND ITS PRODUCTION

摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain the subject monofilament having excellent strength and quickly degraded in natural environment after use. CONSTITUTION: This monofilament comprising two kinds of aliphatic polyesters having mutually different biodegradation rate has a cross sectional structure wherein plural land components comprising an aliphatic polyester B having small biodegradation rate (e.g. a polyester containing 85-100mol% polybutylene succinate component) are rotation-symmetrically placed in a sea component of an aliphatic polyester A having large biodegradation rate [e.g. a polyester containing 65-85mol% polybutylene succinate or poly(ω-hydroxyalkanoate)].
