PURPOSE: To provide an excellent ink emitting device achieving the stabilization of ink droplets. CONSTITUTION: The drive voltage applied to an electrode 14 is set to 5-70V and the vol. resistivity of conductive ink 11 at 25 deg.C is set to 8-50Ωcm and the width (a) of the electrode 14 is set to 0.5-20μm and the tip of the electrode 14 is set to (long diameter/short diameter) <= (four times of width (a) of electrode 14/oval shape of distance between electrodes 14). By this constitution, response is enhanced and an ink droplet 21 is stabilized.
