PURPOSE: To provide a cushioning member set for packing, by which a supporting area can be ensured without extending the using quantity of a cushioning material, and a sufficient sling-removing space can be ensured. CONSTITUTION: A main cushioning member 3 for which a passage to remove a sling for the hanging and transferring of an article 10 to be packed is formed is arranged in a packing case 9, and the article 10 to be packed which has been hung by the sling and transferred is mounted on the main cushioning member 3. Then, the sling is removed, and a subsidiary cushioning member 4 is incorporated with the main cushioning member 3 in order to close the passage space which is provided to remove the sling. By doing so, the supporting of the article 10 to be packed, which has been insufficient due to the provision of the sling passage space can be compensated by the subsidiary cushioning member 4. |
